A 360° communication plan
The management of communication for the event required an integrated approach, which involved various activities:
- Editorial plan: creation and management of content for digital and social channels, with a targeted strategy to increase engagement and participation in the event.
- Website and events calendar: creation of a dedicated website with a detailed calendar of all the events scheduled on the different days, providing a clear and accessible reference point for the public.
- Institutional communication: drafting of an official press release, in agreement with the municipal administration, to guarantee transparent and authoritative communication of the event.
Presence in the field and coordination with content creator
The event was not limited to digital promotion, but also required on-site operational coordination. The FACE.Events team was present during the days of the event to manage the communication and live reporting of the events in real time.
