FACE’s role: from production to promotion

FACE oversaw all stages of the project, handling general production, technical and logistical planning, promotion and ticket sales.
The event was also an important platform for sponsors, who gained significant visibility thanks to an integrated communication plan and a format capable of engaging a large, international audience.

Day One – 15 August 2025

The first day of the festival kicked off in the afternoon with Federico Alesi’s set, which opened the day with refined sounds and a perfect atmosphere to welcome the audience. Sebastian then raised the tempo, setting the stage for Charlie Iapicone’s energetic sound.
As the sun set, the stage welcomed VLTRA’s live performance, which brought an innovative touch with an energetic set, followed by Silvie Loto, who transported the audience between techno and hypnotic vibrations. The evening closed with Mochakk, one of the most acclaimed artists of the moment, who set Porto Nuovo alight with an explosive set that lasted until late into the night.

Day Two – 16 August 2025

The second day confirmed the extraordinary level of the festival. Marco Dily opened the day with a fresh and engaging sound, followed by the musical elegance of Krystal Klear.
The most eagerly awaited moment came at sunset with the Sunset Set by Seth Troxler, a legend of global electronic music, who treated the audience to a unique experience combining music and Mediterranean scenery. After him, Blackchild warmed up the crowd with his powerful and groovy style, finally leaving the stage to Patrick Topping, who transformed Porto Nuovo into a veritable electronic arena under the stars.

Impeccable organisation

The technical production, overseen by lighting designer Massimo Tomasino in partnership with ZZIPP Group, ensured an immersive show with a spectacular visual impact.
Thanks to the collaboration with the police and the Trapani Police Headquarters, traffic, security, parking and shuttle services were managed without any problems, while at the end of each evening the concert areas were promptly restored, returning the city to its normal state and full functionality.

The municipal administration of Castellammare del Golfo played a fundamental role, believing in the festival’s vision and supporting its realisation from the outset. This institutional and operational synergy has enabled the city to position itself as a new destination of reference in the musical and cultural landscape of the Mediterranean.

The success of the event

The Unlocked Music Festival 2025 attracted over 9,000 spectators on its first day alone, followed by a second evening of the highest calibre, which propelled Castellammare del Golfo into the ranks of the new capitals of summer electronic music.
This result brought together the public, sponsors and the local area in an unprecedented collective experience, confirming the festival as one of the most eagerly awaited and significant events on the international music scene.
